About us

A passionate community that believes in growing together, in an open and inclusive space.

route description

  1. By the community, for the community

Every session is prepared by the community, for the community, and there's always time for a jam.

  2. Open in how it runs, too

There's no fixed organising team. If you'd like to teach, share what you know or help organise, there's room for you.

  3. Where the money goes

It covers the gym and the equipment, and pays for the occasional get-together.

What is AcroYoga

AcroYoga, or acro yoga, blends acrobatics, yoga and trust. You work in small groups: one person stays on the ground and supports, another flies, a third watches and keeps everyone safe. You learn by playing, one balance at a time.

Folded leaf with a spotter: one person lying down supports another, folded forward, on their feet, while a third stands ready to help.

flyeraltitude 1–2 m
Gets lifted and moves in the air: balance, body tension and a pinch of courage.
spotterringside
Watches closely, guides any falls and suggests corrections. The role that makes everything else possible.
